i just remembered something

I am quite upset today as I have just received a letter from the village committee asking me not to feed the ducks as they have become obese and cannot fly easily, in fact one of them had to be rescued from the pond when it was in danger of drowning.  I am sure I am not the only person to feed the ducks I have often seen other villagers lurking in the reeds with bags of bread crusts clutched in their sweaty hands on my thrice daily visits to the pond but I must do as I am asked.  My nephew Kev, the one with the tractor not to be confused with Kev who owns the motorbike feels I have suffered a great injustice but I will rise above it.
I have just remembered one very good suggestion I can pass on for dealing with the spondylitis inflamation - a warm bath with sea salt and ginger in the water.  A ten minute soak does wonders.  The afflicted, that is what I call my next door neighbours who live in the old beehive, find it works and I suddenly remembered it when I was bathing the dog yesterday.
